Acevedo Joins the University of Utah Faculty
The University of Utah’s College of Engineering continues to grow, and this year’s new faculty represents some of the brightest minds in their respective fields. Mechanical Engineering is proud to announce the arrival of Dr. Claire Acevedo.
Acevedo’s research interests are in stress and fatigue fracture, skeletal biomechanics, bone quality and bone fragility, multiscale approach – X-ray synchrotron, collagen and mineral deformation.
